Limited Warranty Policy

Luster & Linger provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date the customer receives the product.
Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty applies only to manufacturing defects that affect the intended operation of the lamps, including:

- Defective components supplied during production
- Structural defects arising from workmanship during manufacturing
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

- Exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or environmental conditions
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
- Damage caused during transportation after delivery

Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact Luster & Linger within the warranty period and provide:

Remedies
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Luster & Linger may, at its sole discretion:
